By accessing or using AdProfit AI (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.
2. Description of Service
AdProfit AI is a revenue attribution platform that connects your advertising and sales data to provide insights on campaign performance, budget optimization, and revenue attribution. The Service includes dashboards, analytics, AI-powered recommendations, and integrations with third-party advertising and CRM platforms.
3. Account Registration
To use the Service, you must create an account and provide accurate, complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use the Service.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable regulations.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, other accounts, or connected systems.
- Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service.
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service.

- Resell or redistribute the Service without written authorization.
5. Subscriptions & Payment
Certain features of the Service require a paid subscription. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis (monthly or annually, depending on your plan). All fees are non-refundable except as required by applicable law.
We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice. Continued use of the Service after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.
6. Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by AdProfit AI and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of any data you upload to the Service. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process your data solely for the purpose of providing the Service.
7. Third-Party Integrations
The Service connects to third-party platforms (e.g., Meta Ads, Google Ads, CRMs). Your use of these integrations is subject to the respective third party's terms of service. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or policies of third-party services.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR COMPLETELY SECURE. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
9. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ADPROFIT AI SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or through your account settings.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Switzerland, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Zurich, Switzerland.
12. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a prominent notice on the Service. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
